Surga55 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users of the surga55 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the surga55 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use surga55's services, you must meet the following requirements:

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
When registering a surga55 account, you are required to provide your full legal name, an active phone number, and a secure password. The name you register must match the name on your bank account for transaction verification purposes. surga55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. surga55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately and change your password. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
Prohibited User Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the surga55 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Transferring funds between user accounts or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the surga55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. Deposits are typically processed within minutes upon confirmation.
Deposit Requirements
A minimum deposit may apply depending on the selected payment method. The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered under the same name as your surga55 account. surga55 reserves the right to decline any deposit that does not meet identity verification requirements.
Withdrawal Terms
To make a withdrawal, users must have fully completed the identity verification process. Any bonus credits received may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. surga55 reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to three to five business days for withdrawals for security review purposes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account used for the original deposit.
Any Financial Fraud
Surga55 operates an active fraud detection system. Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending investigation. surga55 reserves the right to report any illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Surga55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict a user's account in the following situations:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms.
- Identity verification is incomplete or the information provided is inconsistent.
- Request from legal authorities.
- Suspicious activity detected on the account in question.
During a suspension period, users may not make deposits, withdrawals, or place bets. surga55 will notify the affected user of the suspension via their registered email address or phone number.
Permanent Account Closure
An account may be permanently closed by surga55 if the user:
- Found to have committed fraud or engaged in illegal activity.
- Repeated violations of the terms following prior warnings.
- Registering more than one account.
- Systematically abusing the bonus system.
Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following a review, subject to applicable bonus terms.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Surga55 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we endeavour to ensure platform availability and stability at all times, surga55 is not liable for any service disruptions, technical delays, or data loss arising from factors beyond our control, including server failures, internet connectivity issues, or natural disasters.
Surga55 is not liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of betting, gaming, or investment decisions made through the platform. Users bear full responsibility for their own financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the surga55 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of surga55 or its licensors.
